On August 11, 2006 Mary K. Bush, one of our directors, advised us she would be resigning from our Board effective at the end of
the day on October 25, 2006. Ms. Bush recently became a member of the Board of Directors of
another public company. The meeting schedules of the two Boards were in conflict.
