Paula Maggio is an executive vice president and the general counsel and secretary of MGIC Investment Corporation and MGIC. She joined the company in 2018. Before joining MGIC, Ms. Maggio served in the same role for two years at Retail Properties of America, Inc., and she served for 15 years in various leadership positions at Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. Previously, she was in private practice with the law firm Altheimer & Gray. She holds a BA and JD from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.
